Supper Time!

So I’m trying new recipes from other blogs that I find out there. My friend Monica introduced me to this blog and I found some really good sounding recipes.  So I found out this one that I thought we should give it a try. The recipe was called Stacked Mexican Pizza.

It was  pretty good, except for the fact that I wasn’t sure how to get the torillas to get crispy without burning. Maybe I’ll get some ideas on how to accomplish that.

  1. Hmm. Troubleshooting:

    When did they burn? When you were toasting them originally, or the last 5 minutes?

    How close to the heating element did you have it in the oven?

    You could always toast them in a nonstick pan if you wanted. 🙂

    1. They didn’t burn they just didn’t get crispy enough to the point where I would have liked them. I ended up putting them on tin foil, it seemed to have gone a bit faster than sticking them on a pan. Thanks for the advice though!
